Jones Lang LaSalle has released research stating that Leeds city centre serviced office take-up doubled in the third quarter of 2009 when compared with the previous quarter. 98,000 square feet of office leasing transactions took place in Q3 of 2009 as opposed to 49,000 in Q2.
